De 5 Stjerner A/S strive to live up to the UN’s World-goals for sustainable development.
The 6 World-goals below are incorporated as a part of our business foundation through various initiatives and activities.
We strive continuously to optimize these to increasingly achieve these 6 goals.

Diversity, equality, terms of employment and security
De 5 Stjerner A/S believes that diversity among the employees, including equal distribution of the sexes, contributes positively to the work environment and strengthens the company’s performance and competitiveness.
De 5 Stjerner A/S does not use subcontractors, as we will ensure that all employees receive salary and terms according to agreements.
Agreements ensure solid terms of employment for our employees included in the agreements, including decent jobs, quality of education, and equality of the sexes.
De 5 Stjerner A/S opposes undeclared work and social dumping as they destroy the community and undermine the foundation of our existence as a community- responsible company.
All employees must have a working- and residence permit as well as a clean criminal record to achieve employment. Just like it is a requirement that all employees speak and write English at an understandable level.
All employees must review and sign the company’s “Health & Safety” folder as well as receive training prior to commencement of the work.
