Hvad er forskellen på facility management og rengøring?

Rengøring er én enkelt ydelse blandt mange. Facility management er den samlede styring af flere serviceopgaver — rengøring, teknik, vinduespolering, affaldshåndtering og mere — under én aftale og ét kontaktpunkt. Rengøring kan være en del af en facility management-aftale, men facility management dækker bredere, fordi det også omfatter planlægningen, koordineringen og afrapporteringen af de enkelte ydelser.

Hvad koster facility management?

Prisen afhænger af, hvilke ydelser der indgår, hvor store arealerne er, og hvor ofte opgaverne skal løses. Vi sammensætter aftalen efter jeres behov og giver et uforpligtende tilbud, når vi kender opgaven. Hvor lang bindingsperiode er der?

Det aftaler vi fra opgave til opgave. Nogle kunder ønsker en længere aftale for stabilitet, andre en kortere med mulighed for at justere undervejs. Vores aftale med Københavns Kommune løber over fire år med mulighed for forlængelse, men en mindre aftale kan sættes op langt mere fleksibelt.
