What is De 5 Stjerner Academy?

De 5 Stjerner Academy is our internal training and development program, created to support the continuous growth of our employees. We believe that professional cleaning deserves professional development — and that every team member, regardless of background or experience, should have the opportunity to grow within the company and beyond.

What We Offer

For team leaders, supervisors, and future managers, we offer internal management training and leadership courses. These are designed to strengthen communication, decision-making, and people management skills.

Delivered in collaboration with: NEXT – Uddannelse København

We partner with recognized institutions to offer practical, industry-recognized training. These courses are tailored to cleaning professionals and help raise both quality and confidence in daily work.

Courses include:

  • INSTA 800 (Quality standards in cleaning)
  • First Aid Certification
  • Hygiene and Sanitation Training
  • General and Specialized Cleaning Techniques


Delivered in collaboration with: TEC – Technical Education Copenhagen

To support integration and communication at work and in daily life, we offer Danish and Danish language classes at various levels.

These courses help employees better navigate Danish society and the workplace, increasing confidence and independence.
