All Bella Properties housing options are managed by De 5 Stjerner, ensuring consistent standards, transparency, and fair pricing.

Housing typically includes:

• A private or shared room in a furnished apartment
• Access to kitchen, bathroom, and laundry facilities Utilities included (electricity, water, heating)
• Convenient locations near work and public transport
• A rental agreement with multilingual support if needed
